Project Description
The New York city Department of Homlewss Services (DHS) is proposing to enter a contract to fund services to be provided by the non-profit HELP Social Service Corp who oprate a single adult transistional residence in Brookly. Two existing would be revovated and utilized to provide dormitory-style housing for up to 200 single adults. The transitional residence would also employ 30 full time equivalent employees; a variety of social sercies would be provided on site. The residence would be ready for occupancy in late 2025.
