Project Description

Columbia SF LLC. (the “project sponsor”) is seeking construction funding (the "proposed action") from the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) to facilitate the development of an affordable housing project located at 37 Otsego and 498 Columbia Streets (Brooklyn Block 579, Lot 1) (the “project site”) in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn, Community District 6. The proposed action would facilitate the construction of three, 8-story buildings containing a total of 659 units of affordable family, senior, and supportive housing (SH) and approximately 5,660 square feet (sf) of community facility space, including space for senior and supportive services.
