Project Name Bronx Metro-North Station Area Study
Project Description The Bronx Metro-North Neighborhood Plan is a community-informed vision for growth around two of four new planned Metro-North stations to be built in the Bronx. The study identifies strategies for growing housing, encouraging job growth, promoting neighborhood retail, and incentivizing an improved public realm around the Morris Park and Parkchester/Van Nest stations, two of four new Metro-North station to be built as part of the Penn Station Access project.
